The role and function of the tub bath

A tub bath is a plumbing fixture for bathing or showering and is usually installed in the bathroom of a home. Most modern tub baths are made of acrylic or fibreglass, but there are also steel tub bath covered in ceramic and, in recent years, artificial stone tub baths are becoming more and more popular.

1. Fitness therapy:

First drink a glass of room temperature water to help cleanse the body’s circulatory system, the water temperature is 34°C;

start the hydro-massage system and run it for 8-10 minutes,

the massaging water flow can release the nerve tension on the surface of the skin;

take a shower with 20°C water according to the following:

from the left foot to the hip, from the right foot to the hip, from the left hand to the shoulder,

from the right hand to the shoulder (all from the bottom up),

2. Stress relief:

Fill the tub bath with 36°C water and add some water soluble bath oil with a relaxing effect to enhance the effect of the hydro massage;

start the air massage system and run it for 3 minutes to allow the air bubbles coming out of the bottom

to relax the muscle tissue and add elasticity to the skin.

If your Jacuzzi only has a hydromassage system,

use the air switch to adjust the air volume to maximum (water and air are mixed through the nozzles and then sprayed out);

start the air and hydromassage systems and run them for 10 minutes,

if your Jacuzzi only has a hydromassage system,

use the air switch to adjust the air volume to medium.

During these 10 minutes,

the massage water flow provides an effective way to soothe the muscle tissue by releasing the nerve tension on the surface of the skin,

while accelerating the blood circulation in the body;

finally, repeat step 2 for 3-5 minutes to increase the relaxing effect;

when this process is over, it is recommended to drink a glass of water at the same temperature as the room temperature,

lie down on the bed and stretch your body as much as possible.

You can do this bath 2-3 times a week.

3 Treating insomnia

(1) Same as A(1).

(2) Start the hydromassage system and run it for 15 minutes,

closing the air regulator switch in the hydromassage system.

If your Jacuzzi is also equipped with an air massage system, turn off the air circulation.

The massage water stream provides an effective way of soothing the muscle tissue by releasing the nerve tension on the surface of the skin,

while accelerating the blood circulation in the body.

During this time you need to make the most of the relaxation and try to feel the vitality and heat transmitted by the currents.

4 Eliminate subcutaneous fat

(1) Start with a glass of room temperature water to help cleanse the body’s circulatory system.

(2) Fill the bath with 37°C water and add some water soluble bath oil to enhance the effect of the hydro massage.

(3) Apply some creams to help remove fat from the areas of subcutaneous fat accumulation.

(4) Activate the air massage system and run it for 5 minutes

to allow the bubbles coming out of the bottom of the Jacuzzi to loosen muscle tissue and add elasticity to the skin.

If your Jacuzzi only has a hydromassage system, use the air switch to adjust the air volume to the maximum.

(5) Start the hydromassage system and run it for 15 minutes,

allowing the water to pass through the jets directly to the area you want.

Note that you need to close the air adjustment switch in the hydromassage system at this point.

If your Jacuzzi is also equipped with an air massage system, turn off the air circulation.

During this time the massage water stream will promote microcirculation of the subcutaneous blood vessels and help the metabolism of subcutaneous fat.

(6) Finally, repeat step 4 for 5 minutes.

(7) When all this process is over,

it is recommended to drink a glass of water at the same temperature as the room temperature and for the next 15 minutes,

elevate your feet and try to rest in a comfortable body position.

5 Fitness treatment

(1) As C(1), the water temperature should be, 34°C.

(2) Activate the hydro-massage system and run it for 8-10 minutes,

during which time the water flow is able to release the nerve tension on the surface of the skin.

(3) Take a shower with water at 20°C according to the following:

a. from left foot to hip;

b. from right foot to hip;

c. from left hand to shoulder;

d. from right hand to shoulder (all in a bottom-up motion);

e. place the showerhead on the abdomen;

f. place the showerhead under the back.
